FEBRUARY

Welcome party: Saturday 31 January 10am-12pm

Meet Sarah and some of the Arc Dance teachers. Beverages and snacks provided. All welcome, including new students.

Performance team workshop Auditions: Saturday 31 January 12.30am-2.30pm

Join a free workshop, learn dance phrases and discuss motivations and opportunities for joining performance teams. This will be a fun and relaxed session, no nerves required! If you are unavailable to audition on this day please let Sarah know.

Performance teams: Rehearsal day, Sunday 8 Feb, 10am-1pm TBC - not confirmed

Performance teams get a head start with team bonding activities, and begin learning choreography for 2026.

Observation week: Final week of term – Monday 30 March – Thursday 2 April

Parents/caregivers invited to watch classes and celebrate our dancers’ hard work and progress.

APRIL HOLIDAYS

Senior Holiday Workshops: Age 13+ Thursday 9 & Friday 10 April 9am-3pm

Classes in different styles with exciting guest teachers, learn from Auckland’s leading industry professionals in a relaxed and supportive environment. Select one or both days. Enrolment info sent mid Term 1.

Junior Holiday Programme: age 5-12, Mon 13 – Wed 15 April 8.30am-3.15pm

Dance styles, creative dance, games, and crafts, led by Arc Dance teachers and guests. Select one, two or all three days. Enrolment info sent mid Term 1.

JULY

Mid year performance - Exam dances performance/student choreography competition and performance teams showcase: Saturday 4 July tbc

All Arc Dancers invited to share sections of exam work in performance to gain confidence and practice performance skills. Student choreography competition with special guest adjudicator and feedback. Performance teams showcase their performance work.

JULY HOLIDAYS
